1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
We do not accept returns for:
Damaged items caused by misuse or accidents
Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Custom or personalized items
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (please allow 5–10 business days)
